Hey! I’m Amee. I’m 18 and I live in Tallinn, Estonia. I just finished high school last spring, and honestly, I’m in that weird in-between phase everyone talks about. I’m taking a “gap year” to figure things out, working part-time at this cute little coffee shop in the Old Town. I live with my mom and my younger brother. I’m super proud to be Estonian – I love our nature, our singing traditions, and how tech-savvy our country is. I’m fluent in Estonian, English, and Russian, thanks to school and just growing up here. My dream is to maybe study digital marketing or graphic design next year, either here or somewhere else in Europe.
My friends. They are my everything. Our perfect day is getting coffee, walking around the Old Town (it never gets old, honestly), and just talking for hours. We can be silly, or have deep talks about life.
Estonian summers. Nothing beats our white nights! Going to a music festival, having a bonfire by the sea, or just chilling at our summer cottage
The winter darkness. Okay, I know, I’m Estonian, I should be used to it. But the long, dark winters from November to February are really tough. It just drains my energy sometimes.
Small-town gossip. Tallinn can feel like a big village sometimes. Everyone seems to know everyone’s business, and it can be annoying.
